CRAFT FEST 2013 (aka ScrapFest 2013)

Well hello there my little pretties :)

It's that time of the year again when we aaaalllll sign up for ScrapFest. We're changing things up this year by making things a little true to the nature of ScrapFest and forevermore going to call it CRAFT FEST because, let's be real, there's only a small percentage of us who actually get any scrapbooking done.  Just like last year, we're keeping it simple sassies, so all you have to do is: #1, click on "Register me for ScrapFest" and fill out the survey, and then #2, click on "Now I'm Gonna Pay for ScrapFest."

The price is $40.00 for a full 48 hour fest of fun! That's right, we have the room all day Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday this year.  You can even stay and craft after you checkout of your hotel on Sunday if you have a few more little projects you'd like to finish before you head home.  CRAFTFEST isn't just about coming to scrapbook anymore. We hope you'll pack up yourself, your unfinished projects, your friends, and some munchies and head to St. George, Utah the weekend of February 22, 23, and 24.   This event is a well deserved break for any and all who'd like to register.  And in case there's any confusion, this is a kid-free (exception is nursing babies), 18 and older women event.  I know some of your husbands and kidlets are dying to get in.  We're keeping it exclusive to a point since we don't need any extra distractions keeping us from getting our craft on.

This year CraftFest will be a come as you are. We're not planning any huge give aways, but everyone who registers will get a welcome bag of goodies. Your registration fee includes your space from Friday, February 22 at 9:00am until Sunday, February 24th at 4:00pm (that's right, extended hours this year!), water service, your welcome goodies, and some treats and snacks.

We've negotiated a special room rate with the Hilton Garden Inn and your room rate must be reserved BY MONDAY, JANUARY 7, 2013 in order to get the special rate reserved by CraftFest. Make sure you tell them you're with our group to get the best rate. The more friends you bring, the more cheap your room, so invite all you can and come for a girls weekend of rest, relaxation, and accomplishments (even if your accomplishment is just sitting there for an entire weekend feeding ONLY yourself, sleeping whenever you want, and enjoying quality conversations with THE most awesome gals around.)  Rooms this year are $89.00 for the group rate.

If you have any questions, please post a comment on this blog and then check back regularly to see if your name is on the list on the right side toolbar under "Who's Coming to ScrapFest." That will serve as your receipt for the event. *Please note that it will take a few days to process your registration form and payment for ScrapFest. And by process, it means that it'll take me, Sarah Barlow, a few days to catch up on all my emails.  Too, we'll be setting up a Facebook Group Page where announcements, etc. will be made.
